Faith Baseline 1

The Right Paradigm of Faith
The Right Paradigm of Faith

In this post, the context of Faith is our direct relationship with GOD and the belief that He exists, as covered in Section 1.2 The existence of G-D in the free book Save Our Souls. The Paradigm of Faith shows that GOD is above all as our First Principle. The Second Principle is the Metatheology that answers the Who/What is GOD question. The Third Principle answers the right Faith question, but on what basis? Can we baseline Faith? In the Second Principle, we mentioned the Nature of GOD, which is reserved for future posts. This post will cover only what falls within the scope of the Third Principle.

I hope that a month of not overlapping the post will reach my message asking for help from the Messiah (the Messiah in our generation under the bloodline of King David, specifically under the Tribe of Judah, and it’s not Jesus). I pray that the Messiah can speak and hear my heart where many cannot because what they use is what they have heard from other people (the misinformation, and disinformation) that affects their decision-making without knowing me, without seeing my sincerity and without seeing my heart. I hope my one-month patience paid off in a way that will help my plea reach the Messiah.

Let us start with an analogy:

Fake Religion

A leader started his religion where he worships a god (small case reflecting a false GOD) who does not have any power and cannot provide salvation. He is charismatic and was able to convince millions of followers. Their Bible has 1 million pages, and they named their religion XYZ. One day, the leader of the XYZ religion met a young man. He tried to convince the young man but he replied that GOD is powerful. The leader replied that it is the humility of their god because, in their narrative, their god came down to earth to reveal himself to them, telling them that he was god. He showed the young man their Bible/Scripture with millions of pages to support their religion. The young man replied that sugarcoating with humility does not work because a true GOD is omnipotent, and that is the Nature of God. He asked the leader who created the universe if GOD had no power. The leader was not able to reply because no matter how thick their Bible and their theology, it's useless if it's not aligned with the Nature of GOD.

The leader then shifted the argument to the miracles that occurred within their religion. They claim that their idols are very miraculous. The young man replied that Moses had demonstrated in Egypt that the number of miracles is not the basis of True Faith. The priest of the Pharaoh was able to replicate what Moses had done (i.e., they were able to turn objects into snakes). We cannot use the alibi that was just magic for the priest because it was a replication of what Moses did, so it was also a miracle. The difference is that Moses only had one miracle, while the Pharaoh's side had more than one. Does it mean Pharaoh is GOD, so Moses has to give in based on the number of miracles? The answer is no. The "many" miracles of the priest were all eaten by the one miracle of Moses. The number of miracles in your religion does not count because your doctrine still does not align with the Nature of GOD, i.e., GOD is Omnipotent. The leader was not able to respond.

The theologian in XYZ religion told the young man that he should respect what they believe because that is their Faith. The young man replied that Faith is our direct relationship with GOD, and since what they call god is not True GOD, then it's not Faith but only a Preference. The young man added that for it to become Faith (religious context) it must align with the Nature of GOD (i.e., GOD is Omnipotent). The leader and the theologian were not able to reply and left.

Lessons from the analogy:

  • Miracles are not the basis of Faith but is a by-product of Faith
  • Scriptures not aligned to the Nature of GOD are invalid
  • A religion whose Faith does not align with the Nature of GOD is a false religion
  • We can baseline Faith based on the Nature of GOD.

As you can see in our analogy, the young were able to determine whether a religion is invalid by knowing that GOD is omnipotent. He was able to recognize that their Faith is invalid because he knows the Nature of GOD, and by understanding the Nature of GOD, the miracles in the XYZ religion are rendered invalid concerning Faith. For example, it may be true that someone in XYZ religion got cured of cancer due to a miracle, but that does not mean that their Faith is authentic because it will still end up in a Faith that worships a false GOD. Miracles do exist, but they are not the solid foundation of Faith, as almost all religions claim miracles within their Faith.

You may say that it is their Belief, but there is a difference between Faith and Belief. Faith requires us to believe in GOD, so Belief is a subset of Faith. However, a Belief does not automatically imply Faith. For example, you believe that the house is haunted. That is your Belief, but it does not follow that it is Faith because Faith is our direct relationship with GOD. A Belief can be real or not, as long as it is your Belief. For example, you believe that pigs can fly with wings. You are entitled to what you believe in, regardless of whether it is factual. Faith is based on Truth and knowledge about GOD. Since relationships involve understanding each other, we must know the Truth about GOD (i.e., the Nature of GOD). The Nature of GOD is the solid foundation of Faith.

The above reflects the value of the Paradigm of Faith Third Principle: Faith aligns with the Nature of GOD. We can validate that Faith by examining its alignment with the Nature of GOD, i.e., in this case, GOD is omnipotent. We can baseline Faith with the Nature of GOD. By doing so, we can derive a unified and universal Faith. The next question is what is the valid source of the baseline using the Nature of GOD, and we will cover this in our next post.

May GOD bless you for reading and absorbing the lessons in this post.
